You will work within our Hardware & Design business area, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to large-scale production.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and drive projects from idea to finished product with a focus on quality, time, and budget.

  • Work closely with design, production, suppliers, and customers to ensure technical solutions meet requirements.

  • Identify and manage risks, solve technical challenges, and ensure the project complies with standards.

  • Ensure that the right competencies, materials, and equipment are available for the project to be executed efficiently.

  • Drive optimization of processes and ways of working to increase efficiency and ensure success.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who is self-reliant and solution-oriented with a strong technical interest. You have the ability to lead and motivate others. You are used to handling complex projects and delivering results under both time pressure and changing conditions. In addition to your personal qualities, we require you to have:

  • Education as a Master of Science in Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Engineering in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Economics, or Electrical Engineering).

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in technical project management within the manufacturing industry.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar), as well as knowledge of product development, production processes, and quality assurance.

  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.

  • Experience with security-classified projects (merit) – and willingness to undergo security clearance if required.

Practical information This is a permanent position, located at our new, fresh office in central Borlänge, Målaregatan 10. Business travel to our customers may occur. The start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
